Do I need to know which AI tool to use?
No. Start with the task and the outcome you want. The choice of tools comes after we understand your process.
Will it work with our job software?
We start from the tools you already use. During the check we confirm what your software and your plan let us connect, before anything is priced. If a shared inbox is all you have, that’s a fine place to start too.
Where does our data go?
What we set up runs in your own accounts. Where AI reads your data, we use the business plans of leading AI providers, which don’t train their models on it. If your data must stay in Australia, we can set it up that way, with a smaller choice of AI models.
Do we have to replace our current software?
Usually not. Most of the time we work with the tools you already have and connect them, so the same information doesn’t get typed twice.
Our software already has AI built in. Why would we need you?
Often it does part of the job. We check what it can already do and switch on what’s useful, then connect what it can’t see: your emails, your files and the way your team really works. Sometimes switching it on is all you need, and we’ll say so.
Do you get anything for recommending software?
Sometimes, and we’ll always tell you before you decide. If a proven tool already does most of what you need, we compare it honestly with a custom build, including what each would cost you over two years. If the tool’s maker pays us a referral fee, it comes from them, not from you, and we check that your price stays the same.
Will AI send messages or approve payments by itself?
You decide. Routine messages, like a booking confirmation or an on-the-way text, can go out on their own once you’ve approved the wording. Quotes, refunds, payments and anything unusual wait for a person.
What’s included once it’s running?
30 days of fixes after it goes live, and a review with you after one, two and three months. After that, ongoing support is an optional monthly plan, priced up front. Any software subscriptions are in your name and paid by you, so you always keep control.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Your team can carry on by hand with a one-page guide we hand over at launch, and you keep every account and setting. Fixes are included for the first 30 days, then under the optional monthly plan.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We reply within 24 hours, free of charge, with a few questions and a first view of where to start, or an honest answer if we’re not the right fit. If it looks like a good fit, the next step is the check described under How we work. Sending an enquiry doesn’t commit you to anything.
Where do we start?
We suggest starting with enquiries, and a good first win can be the quotes that went quiet: you have already done the work for them. Any other repetitive task works too. Send a short description and the tools involved. Every project starts with a check, at a fixed $990 + GST ($1,089 including GST). Any work after that has its own scope and price, agreed before it begins, and the check fee is credited in full if you go ahead within 30 days of the check report, so it costs nothing extra. If you stop after the check, you only pay for the check. The check itself takes one to two weeks, depending on how complex your setup is.
